By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Professional Services

Services are delivered according to an approved proposal, quotation, or engagement letter. The signed engagement will define the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and timeline.

Where a service requires a licensed auditor, legal adviser, certification body, regulator, or another specialist, it may be provided through an appropriately qualified external or network firm.

Professional Advice

Website content is general information and does not constitute a formal audit opinion, legal opinion, tax ruling, valuation, certification decision, or investment recommendation.

Professional advice is provided only after reviewing the client’s specific facts and documents.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely records, documents, explanations, system access, and approvals.

Al Mawaleh may rely on information supplied by the client unless verification is included in the agreed scope. The client remains responsible for business decisions and legal compliance.

Fees and Payment

Professional fees and payment stages will be stated in the engagement. Government fees, authority charges, translations, travel, software, certification costs, and other third-party expenses are separate unless included.

Services may be paused for overdue invoices. Completed work and external costs are generally non-refundable.

Third-Party Decisions

We do not control tax authorities, ministries, banks, certification bodies, courts, auditors, or other third parties. We cannot guarantee an approval, certificate, registration, visa, bank account, tax outcome, or regulatory decision.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Client information will be treated confidentially and may be disclosed only where required for service delivery, professional review, legal compliance, or authority submission.

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on mawaleh.com.

Intellectual Property

Website content, reports, templates, research, policies, and consultancy material belong to Al Mawaleh or their respective owners.

Client deliverables may be used internally for their agreed purpose but may not be resold, published, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Oman law, Al Mawaleh will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, authority delays, third-party decisions, or losses resulting from inaccurate client information.

Our liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the professional fees paid for that specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the agreed proposal. We may suspend services for non-payment, inaccurate information, unlawful instructions, conflicts of interest, or failure to cooperate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Oman.
